'Tommy' vector image

This is just a simple vector image of the character 'Tommy Pickles' from the show & film 'Rugrats'. I produced it in Adobe Illustrator by using the pen tool.

Website Screenshots

These are a couple of screen shots from the website that I created on Adobe Dreamweaver. I used CSS, and a JavaScript Light box for the images of my work to appear bigger once clicked on.

Final urban design mounted on a skateboard.

This is my final 'urban' style design, that is pictured below, mounted on an actual skateboard.

‘Urban’ skateboard design.

This is my final design on a skateboard template, which I produced in college for a brief called 'Urban Design'. The aim of the brief was to create an urban style design which was to go onto a product such as, a bag, T-shirt or skateboard. The main point of the brief was to create a design that would advertise the 'Urban Culture', and also include an element of typography in it as well. I produced it on the software Adobe Photoshop.

Michael Craig Martin style illustration.

I produced this design on Adobe Illustrator. To do this I scanned the observational drawing of a chair and a few bits and bobs (below) into the computer, then used the pen tool to go over it. I then added the letters 'D,E,S,I,G,N' to spell out the word 'Design' in the style of the artist 'Michael Craig Martin'.

Observational drawing in the style of Michael Craig Martin.

This is an observational drawing of a few things that are used in art & design work. I used a computer chair and put the equipment around it, then sketched it. I put everything together in the style of Michael Craig Martin's designs, and then created it in Adobe Illustrator as well.

Angelique Houtkamp vector image.

This is a vector image I have produced in Adobe Illustrator. It is one of Angelique Houtkamp's artwork, that I have reproduced and slightly changed. I used the pen tool to do this, and also the gradient tool.

Mcbess style illustration.

This is an illustration I created in the style of 'Mcbess'. I drew it out first using a pencil, went over it in fine liner then scanned it in and did a simple trace on Adobe Illustrator. The girl is meant to be me, but in the style of Mcbess' artwork, so I have changed the features on my face, and also the clothing. I have drawn little symbols of what I enjoy around the edges, and also included some tattoo style symbols and a few other random things.

Miadidas advertisement.

This is an advertisement poster that I created for a project I had in college. The aim was to advertise 'miadidas' by creating a poster for it. The concept of 'miadidas' is that anyone can customize their own trainer, by changing the material, colour, and design etc. I designed the trainer, to fit in with the idea that the customer can customize their own however they want it, and I used Adobe Photoshop to create it.

'Stitch' vector image.

This is a simple vector image that I have produced in Adobe Photoshop. It is an image of the character 'Stitch' from the movie 'Lilo and Stitch'

i-D magazine cover.

This is a magazine cover that I produced in Adobe Photoshop, for a brief I that I had in college. The aim was to create a cover of something e.g. a book, magazine or CD etc. It could have either been based on a current well-known magazine, or create a new original magazine. I chose to do mine as the cover of 'i-D' magazine, using a photograph of one of my friends with her hand over one eye. I chose this specific magazine because I like the concept of it, and also with it being fun and quirky.

Ipod skin & headphone poster.

This is a final piece I created using Adobe Illustrator, which is advertising a new Ipod classic skin cover, and matching headphones. I decided to use a classic, elegant font so it would match the designs of the skins and headphones nicely.

Ipod skin designs.

These are just a couple of idea's that I had for a project I was doing in college. I had to design the covers for an ipod and a pair of headphones, like the company 'Skull Candy' does. I produced these design's in Adobe Illustrator using the pen and pencil tool.

Apple tattoo logo design.

This is my final design I produced from a brief I worked on in college. The aim of the brief was to produce a tattoo-style logo using a well known brand, for which I chose Apple. It was then used in a short animation I created afterwards in Adobe After Effects.
